How fast can we start?

Typical pilot customers are up and running within 24–72 hours. Full production rollout (data migration, role setup, staff training) typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on scope and number of SKUs/stores.

Do you support GST and HSN coding?

Yes. Optiwise includes an HSN library and automatic GSTIN lookup for vendors. All purchase documents and GST reports are exportable in formats compatible with Indian GST filing workflows.

How do we migrate our existing Excel data?

We provide CSV templates for Items, Vendors, Opening Balances, and POs. Our onboarding team assists with mapping and a verification import. For complex datasets we offer migration services as part of paid onboarding.

Does Optiwise support barcode/QR scanning and batch tracking?

Yes — QR & barcode scanning for GRN, stock issues and physical counts. We also support batch/lot and serial number tracking with traceability from purchase → production → dispatch.

What integrations are available (ERP, accounting, e-commerce)?

Optiwise provides webhooks, REST APIs, and native integrations for common accounting and reporting tools. We also support CSV exports and have connectors for Google Sheets, WhatsApp notifications and common marketplace uplinks. Custom integrations can be delivered via our implementation services.

What kind of onboarding & training do you provide?

Free onboarding and staff training are included in the plan. We run live sessions for admins and superusers, provide recorded walkthroughs, and supply step-by-step CSV templates. Premium onboarding (onsite, custom workflows) is available for enterprise customers.

How does user pricing work?

The suite includes 5 users. Additional users are charged at ₹1000 per user / month. Enterprise packages for 50+ users are available with volume discounts and SSO options.

Is my data secure and backed up?

Yes. We use encrypted storage, TLS for data in transit, role-based access control, and daily backups. Enterprise plans can request dedicated backup/export schedules and VPC/networking requirements.

What support channels are available?

Support via WhatsApp, Email and in-app chat during business hours. Priority SLAs and a dedicated account manager are available on Enterprise plans.

Can we customize approval workflows and roles?

Yes. Role-based store access and multi-level approval workflows (for indents, POs, and stock movements) are configurable. For complex permission matrices, our implementation team can set up tailored workflows.

Is there a mobile app or offline mode?

We provide a mobile-friendly web app optimized for handheld scanners and tablets. Offline capture for physical counts and scanning is available through our mobile workflows with sync when the device is online.

What happens after the free trial?

After the trial you can pick a monthly plan or request an Enterprise quote. We offer a smooth transition to paid plans without data loss and with continuity of support.
