No. You need access to MSME or manufacturing customers and the ability to sell and manage relationships. Product training, demos, and support are provided by Optiwise.
The customer is mapped to you as the partner for 5 years. All renewals, upgrades, and commissions during this period are credited to you.
No conflict selling. Customers onboarded using your partner code remain locked to you. Optiwise direct sales do not override partner-mapped accounts.
Commissions are calculated on net realized subscription payments and paid monthly or quarterly through the Partner Dashboard.
Yes. All service revenue—implementation, training, customization, support— is fully owned by the partner. Optiwise takes zero commission on services.
No. There is no upfront cost to join the Optiwise Partner Program. You earn only when you onboard paying customers.
Existing customer mappings and earned commissions continue as per the agreement. New customer onboarding stops after termination.
