Choose the practical handoff first: a website inquiry entering sales, a document sent to a supplier, or a machine reading attached to the right equipment. We connect that work with the factory records already in Optiwise, so the next person can follow its context.
Our setup includes email through Gmail, Outlook or custom SMTP, configured WhatsApp and SMS channels, website inquiry capture, and the documented CRM connection areas for IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google Sheets and Google Calendar/Meet. Agree the fields, direction, account access and commercial allowance for your chosen setup. Sending a document by email does not mean every reply becomes a two-way inbox record.
OptiEdge supports Modbus/OPC-UA connections, Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and machine-data buffering with resynchronisation. Map the device and available signals to the machine before using its dashboard. OptiSense, Assembly Monitor and OptiScope address power, machine states and vibration/health information within their deployment scope.
A machine reading and a job update answer different questions. Starting and stopping the relevant job supplies its execution context; without that link, a reading may remain machine-monitoring information. An offline machine-data buffer does not make the whole ERP an offline system.
Our no-code modules support event, condition and action automations with webhooks. Define the triggering record, required fields, destination and who resolves a failed or missing response. Webhook capability is a way to build a connection; it does not establish a maintained native connector for every vendor.
During setup, assign a factory owner for item and party mappings and an administrator for permissions and service credentials. Test one valid record, one unknown item and one unavailable destination before relying on the handoff. Correct the mapping or connection before treating the downstream record as complete.
