Follow practical guides for items, BOMs, purchases, receipts and production, then practise the handoffs with the people doing the work.

Concept illustration; not a product screen or customer result.
Choose one product or job for the first walkthrough. Agree its item code, unit, drawing and material quantities before entering live work. Use our BOM preparation guide to check a trial quantity and separate a drawing revision from a purchasing decision. The opening stock guide explains the cut-off and usable-stock states.
The requester identifies the material and required date. The buyer checks available stock and open work before creating another requirement. Follow the purchase requisition guide, then the purchase order process. At arrival, use the receipt and quality guide to separate delivered, accepted and rejected quantities.
Assign the stores, planning, operator and quality responsibilities. Record one material issue and one production entry, then follow the work to its next operation. Our routing guide explains the sequence, and the subcontracting guide covers material sent outside. Use the training organisation for practice instead of presenting trial transactions as live history.
If a record is missing, note its reference, current state, expected next step and the role using it. Resolve the item, quantity, permission or workflow setting before repeating the transaction. A screenshot for support should hide customer contact details and commercial information that the recipient does not need.
Bring one product structure, material balance and order. We will work through the handoffs and one exception with your team. Optiwise implementation costs ₹0.
