When a delivery arrives, you need the purchase order, item, quantity and inspection decision in the same conversation. In Optiwise, our AI can retrieve connected business records and perform permitted actions. Start with the order reference and tell it what physically arrived. The resulting inward and goods receipt work stays connected to the purchase context.

Consider an illustrative delivery of 50 pieces: 40 pass inspection and 10 are rejected. Record the arrival separately from the inspection outcome. The accepted quantity can follow the configured stock process; rejected pieces need their own destination and next action. If inspection is mandatory, arrival alone does not make the whole delivery usable.

If the order reference, item or manufacturing setup is missing, supply that information before the action can be completed. Our AI can ask for the missing BOM or production-flow details; your engineering requirements determine those records. User permissions and factory approvals continue to apply.

You can also ask about order progress or supplier quotation history. The answer is useful when you can follow it to the underlying order, quote or receipt and decide what to do next.
