Our Manufacturing Intelligence layer connects the records behind your factory’s work, so you can ask about an order or carry out a supported action by talking. Your configured roles and approvals still determine what each person can see and finish.
Keep the receipt connected to the next decision
For example, stores can record a partial delivery against a purchase order while quality records its inspection. Purchasing can follow the outstanding quantity, and planning can use the accepted stock for the next job. A delivery awaiting mandatory inspection remains a different state from stock released for use.
You work from these connected records rather than copying separate updates into each department’s sheet. When an entry is missing, assign the responsible person to complete it before using the answer to commit production or dispatch.
Give each person the work they need
Our main workspace, focused worker workflow and supplier portal serve different roles. Configure departments, users and permissions around those responsibilities. A supplier’s portal access does not mean access to the entire factory workspace, and a conversational action does not bypass an approval.
You can use a separate training organisation to practise the workflow with a separate dataset. Keep practice receipts out of your operational history.
Check the connection needed for your work
Plan the devices and internet connection needed for the cloud workflow. An IoT gateway’s ability to buffer machine data does not make the whole Optiwise application an offline system. In a walkthrough, follow the specific entry, permission and connection requirement your team will use.
