Give the operator a clear job to update

An operator opens the assigned operation and records the work done, time and quantity through the configured workflow. If 40 pieces are accepted and five need rework, keep those outcomes separate. The entry gives the supervisor something concrete to act on instead of a message saying the job is nearly finished.

Use the right access for each person

A worker portal and a full workspace user serve different responsibilities. Your administrator sets team and member access; subscription seats and portal allowances follow the current plan. Having a phone does not grant permission to approve a purchase or release held material.

Use a larger screen for the drawing or comparison that needs it. For a phone-based scan, the identifier must already map to the relevant item or stock record. A damaged label or unknown supplier code needs resolution; a successful camera read alone does not establish the correct material. Connectivity and device suitability should be checked in the actual working area.
