Does Optiwise support multi-plant operations?
Connect sites and stores in Optiwise while keeping location, transfer, usable stock and local responsibility clear for each production decision.

Yes. Optiwise connects factory operations across the configured sites, stores and responsibilities. Keep the stock location, production work and person responsible visible, so a central view does not turn material at another site into material ready for today’s job.
Keep location with the quantity
Suppose one site has 30 usable pieces and another has 50. A job at the first site needs 60. The combined total is 80, but the planner still needs 30 pieces available at the required location and time. The transfer, its dispatch and its receiving entry must be followed before that quantity is treated as ready at the destination.
Give each site its own operational responsibility
Use store-specific stock and the relevant order, issue, receipt and quality records. Department and role access determine who can act. If material at the second site is awaiting inspection, a central dashboard does not release it. Quality resolves that hold; stores and planning then use the recorded outcome.
Our IoT offering also supports a multi-plant command view and plant-to-machine detail. A missing or old machine signal still needs its site, machine mapping and timestamp checked. Site structures, access and any separate-company requirements should be agreed during setup rather than inferred from one consolidated screen.
Explore stock movements and plant and machine visibility, or bring one inter-site transfer to a walkthrough.
