Does Optiwise support Tally integration?

Yes. Optiwise supports Tally integration for the agreed accounting and commercial scope. Keep operational receipts, quality decisions and production work in their connected factory context, and agree which approved records move between the two systems.

Define the accounting handover

Select the document types, company, item and party references, tax treatment and numbering used for the connection. Agree the transfer direction and timing. The name Tally integration alone does not specify every voucher, field, version or two-way update rule.

Check a real exception before repeating entries

A purchase can arrive in parts, with some material still awaiting inspection. Its physical receipt, accepted stock and supplier invoice are different records. Decide which approved commercial event belongs in the accounting handover and retain its source reference. Do not mark an invoice paid because material arrived, or count all received material as accepted.

If a record fails to match an item or party, resolve the mapping and check whether it was already transferred before sending it again. Keep one owner for that exception. This prevents a user from solving an apparent missing entry by creating a duplicate in each system.
